REFLECTION LOUNGE & CARE CIRCLES

In the life of a military-connected family, care is constant.
Care for siblings, care for parents, care for community, care for each other.
The Reflection Lounge is where care is returned.

What the Reflection Lounge Is

This is a warm, communal Hearth Space inside The Pavilion.

  • Not a counseling room.

  • Not a quiet room.

  • Not a waiting space.

This is:

  • Low light

  • Warm seating

  • Soft fabrics

  • Shared breathing space

  • Gentle conversation led by trained facilitators

A place where no one has to be “strong” or “fine.”

You can just be.

Care Circles

Throughout the day, small group circles meet around themes such as:

  • Moving from place to place

  • Supporting a parent, sibling, or family member

  • Growing up between cultures

  • Loving someone who serves

  • Managing change, transition, and uncertainty

  • Carrying stories from more than one world

Care Circles Are

Care Circles are:

  • Affirming

  • Non-clinical

  • Peer-guided with adult presence

  • Confidential & grounded in respect

They are built on the core belief:

  • Care is leadership.

  • Those who care deserve support, too.
