The Alliance of Future Builders
MILACON is the Military Innovation & Leadership Alliance, a growing universe of young innovators, explorers, creators, and leaders preparing to shape the next generation.
Inspired by the spirit of discovery found in science fiction, anime teams, innovation culture, and fandom communities, MILACON brings together youth and young adults who are ready to build, protect, and imagine the future.
The world of MILACON is organized around four key elements below.
The MILACON Alliance is a coalition of young leaders and mentors dedicated to advancing knowledge, innovation, and service. Within the Alliance, the Torchbearers represent different strengths that guide the next generation forward.

The Torchbearers are the legendary team leaders of the Alliance.
They represent the core paths young people can follow to shape the future.
Each Torchbearer represents a domain of leadership.
Aurora — The Connector
Bringing people together and building community.
Atlas — The Builder
Engineering and designing the technologies of tomorrow.
Nova — The Spark
Creative imagination, art, storytelling, and innovation.
Orion — The Navigator
Exploration, aerospace, and discovery.
Sage — The Keeper
Preserving knowledge, culture, and history.
Axiom — The Professor
Science, discovery, and mentorship.
Solace — The Caregiver

The youth who attend MILACON are not spectators.

Cadets join the Alliance to explore their talents and discover how they can contribute to the future.
