School & Installation Delegates Program

Represent Your School. Represent Your Community. Carry the Promise Forward.

Every year, schools, districts, and military installations across the U.S. and overseas designate student delegates to represent their community at the Promise of the Six Youth Summit at the Military Child World Expo.

These delegates are:

  • Students who demonstrate leadership, empathy, creativity, identity awareness, or quiet strength

  • Not necessarily the loudest, the most decorated, or the most visible

They are young people who carry legacy, sometimes quietly, sometimes powerfully.

Leadership is not always spoken. Sometimes it is carried.

What Delegates Do

Delegates will:

  • Participate in the Promise of the Six Youth Summit

  • Serve as School Belonging Ambassadors upon return

  • Lead a small reflection circle in their school or installation

  • Carry forward one cultural belonging practice they learned

Delegates do not need previous leadership titles.
They only need voice, curiosity, or lived experience.
