Q: How do I register for MCWE 2026?
A: You can register online through our official website. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket details.
2 / Can I register on-site
Yes, on-site registration will be available at each event venue. However, we strongly encourage pre-registration to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted rates.
3 / Tickets & Access
Q: What are the ticket options?
A: General admission, group/school registration, and exhibitor/vendor passes are available. Bundle pricing is also offered for attendees who wish to access both the Expo (April 25, 2026) and Showcase (April 26, 2026).

Q: Are schools charged admission?
A: Schools receive waived entry fees when registering as a group. Individuals affiliated with registered schools receive a $3 discount.

Q: Where do I pick up my badge?
A: At the Registration Desk outside the ballroom at the Army Navy Country Club (April 18, 2026) 7:00 AM- 8 AM
Registration Desk @ Hyatt Regency Crystal City (April 25, 2026) 8 AM - 4 PM
Registration Desk @ Fashion Centre at Pentagon City (April 26, 2026). 11 AM - 3 PM
Q: What do I need to bring to check in?
A: A valid photo ID and your registration confirmation email.

Q: Do military families receive a discount?
A: Yes, military-connected families receive discounted admission. Please see ticketing options at checkout.
Q: Can caregivers attend?
A: Yes. The Caregivers Breakfast (April 18, 2026) is invitation-only, but caregivers are also welcome to attend the Expo and Showcase events. You can request attending as an caregiver at caregivers@themilitarychildworldexpo.com.

A: Yes, all venues are ADA-compliant.
