The Military Child World Expo welcomes schools, youth programs, and community groups to participate in this one-of-a-kind global celebration of military-connected children and families.
Organizing a group visit gives students the opportunity to:

Group Registration Details

Who Can Register: K–12 schools, DoDEA schools, public schools, universities, colleges, Purple Star Schools, JROTC units, youth programs, after-school organizations, and community groups

Group Size: Minimum of 10 participants (students/youth) with chaperones
-
Registration Fee: Free for groups (pre-registration required)

Chaperones: 1 adult per 10 students is required and admitted free

Deadlines: All groups must register by February 15, 2026 to guarantee space
Out of Town Schools & Chartered Buses

We welcome schools traveling from across the country and overseas to attend MCWE 2026.
To make your planning easy, we provide:

Designated bus drop-off and pick-up zones directly at the venue for safe student unloading

Advanced bus scheduling and parking permits to reserve your arrival slot for each event day
-
Chartered motorcoach recommendations from our preferred transportation partners

Luggage and meal storage areas for day-travel groups
-
Travel planning assistance (hotel blocks, itinerary support, and visit coordination)
Important Notes for Out-of-Town Groups:

Each day’s bus arrival must be pre-scheduled with the MCWE logistics team

Drivers will be given exact route maps, load/unload instructions, and parking locations

Buses cannot idle in front of the venue, offsite parking will be assigned after drop-off

Groups should plan to arrive 45 minutes before their scheduled start time
