1 / Setup & Teardown

Setup: Friday, April 25 from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Tables Only)

Teardown: Begins promptly at 6:00 PM (no early dismantling permitted)

Load-in/out instructions will be provided in the confirmation packet
2 / Utilities & Services

Electricity, internet, and AV are available for an additional fee through the venue’s service provider.

Details and order forms will be included in the exhibitor confirmation packet.
3 / Deposit & Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Final payment due by March 1, 2026.

Booths are not confirmed until deposit or full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Cancellations after March 1, 2026 will result in forfeiture of all fees.

Substitutions may be allowed with prior approval.
Insurance & Liability

Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining insurance for their booths, materials, and personnel.

The Expo and venue are not liable for loss, theft, or damages.
Application Deadline

Applications must be received no later than March 1, 2026.

Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early reservations secure premium placement.
