Booth Payments

Securing your booth space at The Military Child World Expo 2026 is simple and straightforward. To guarantee placement within your selected Zone, payment must be completed at the time of reservation. Please review the following details:

 

Payment Process

1. Reservation Form: Complete the Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Form.

2. Invoice or Authorization: An invoice or credit card authorization form will be provided once your space is approved.

3. Payment Submission: Booths and tables are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

• Corporate or Organizational Check (payable to: Military Children’s Six Foundation, c/o The Military Child World Expo 2026, 2461 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia 22314).

• ACH/Wire Transfer (details provided upon request)

 

Terms & Conditions

• Payment Deadline: Payment must be received within 15 business days of the invoice date. Spaces not paid in full by the deadline will be released.

• Refund Policy: Booth payments are non-refundable. Credits may be applied toward future events if cancellation is made before March 1, 2026.

• Space Only: Exhibitor fees cover space only. Booth construction, furnishings, and equipment (e.g., drape, tables, chairs, electrical, internet) are not included and must be ordered through official Expo contractors.

• Assignment: Booth location and size are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and prioritized by payment confirmation.

 

Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive:

• A payment receipt

• Your booth assignment number

• Exhibitor Service Kit (ordering details for booth furnishings, electrical, internet, and additional services)
