Digital Access & Badges
All attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and media representatives must have a valid badge to access the Military Child World Expo 2026 events. Your badge is your entry pass to sessions, exhibits, and activities, both in person and online.
General Attendee Badge $6
Age: 7-17
Grants access to either the Main Expo (April 25, 2026) or the Torchbearers Showcase (April 26).
School & Group Badge

Free admission for pre-registered schools.

Individuals affiliated with registered schools receive a $3 discount.

All registrants receive a digital confirmation email with a QR code for expedited check-in.

Digital badges can be saved to a phone or printed for convenience.

Exhibitors and sponsors also receive access to a digital portal for updating directory listings, logos, and resources.
Important Notes

Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times inside event venues.

Lost badges can be reissued at the Registration Desk for a $10 fee.

Digital badges will be scanned at entrances for attendance and security.
